The patented BCOZZY pillow is the only travel pillow designed to provide double support, helping you relax and avoid neck pain and sore shoulders while sleeping upright on a plane, in a car, or at home. Available in two adult sizes: Large for neck sizes up to 16" and X-large for neck sizes over 16". This makes the BCOZZY travel pillow a top choice among travel accessories and gifts.
Three Ergonomic Positions with Double Support
Adjust the BCOZZY pillow to your ideal sleeping position for optimal comfort. FRONT: Position the overlapping arms under your chin for enhanced chin support. SIDE: If you're a side sleeper, fold the pillow in half, place it on your shoulder, and lean your head to the side. FRONT + SIDE: If your head tends to tilt forward and to the side, rotate the overlapping arms 90 degrees for dual neck and chin support.
Perfect Balance of Softness and Firmness
The BCOZZY pillow features a breathable fabric shell of cozy microfleece and cool microsuede, filled with soft, bounce-back down alternative material, ensuring comfort for your neck and head while adapting to your preferred position.
Say Goodbye to Forward Head Push from U-Shaped Pillows

I have always been somewhat skeptical of the traditional neck pillows, you know, the bulky ones. All those ever did was push my neck too far forward, especially on planes where the seat doesn’t extended back far enough. What I ABSOLUTELY LOVE about this neck pillow, is that it’s flatter in the back so your neck is not pushed forward so much, has adjustable Velcro to adapt it to your liking, and is ultra soft but yet firm where it needs to be. I bought this particular one for my 7 hr plane ride to Portugal w my husband, and it did not disappoint!! It was absolutely perfect! I slept for 3 solid hours. The gentleman sitting next to me even made a comment as I was deboarding how he never saw someone sleep so soundly on a plane. If you don’t want a pillow that’s flatter in the back of your neck,,they make one where it’s not as flat. However, you can move this neck pillow around to where it’s not flatter in the back of your neck. I felt so snug and secure wearing it, with no more of my head constantly bobbing forward as I am dozing off. The adjustability w the velcro made it so comfortable. It’s now my new travel buddy! Don’t wait, go purchase one fast. Great for planes, trains, and automobile traveling. Hope this review helped.

While I haven’t had the opportunity to use the BCOZZY Neck Pillow for Travel during actual travel yet, my experience trying it at home has left me thoroughly impressed. This pillow seems to offer exceptional comfort and support, even in just a brief trial.
The unique design of the BCOZZY neck pillow, which wraps around the entire neck, provides a level of support that surpasses traditional travel pillows. The plush fabric and memory foam interior offer a luxurious feel and mold to the contours of my neck, promising a comfortable and restful experience during long journeys.
What’s particularly promising is the pillow’s versatility. It seems adaptable to various sitting positions, whether I’m in a plane seat, car, or even just relaxing at home. This adaptability is crucial for ensuring comfort during travel, and the BCOZZY neck pillow appears to deliver on that front.
Furthermore, the compact and lightweight design makes it convenient to pack and carry, ensuring that comfort is always within reach no matter where my travels take me.
Based on my initial impression, I’m confident that the BCOZZY Neck Pillow for Travel will be an excellent investment for anyone seeking a superior level of comfort and support during their journeys.

I bought 4 different travel pillows; (1) the Bcozzy (this one), (2) the Vesta loop neck pillow, (3) the Travelon deluxe wrap-n-rest, and (4) Travelrest all-in-one. There were pluses and minuses for each. I ended up keeping #4, but here are my observations on all 4. I am a side sleeper and have trouble sleeping in any position except with my head sideways toward my shoulder, so these observations may not be relevant for everyone.
(1) Bcozzy: the cover is very soft and it compresses in its own bag to a cylinder about 6” across by 8”. The amount of overlap wasn’t enough to hold my head comfortably to one side. It is thinner in one part (the back) which seems good if you can sleep with your head tilted back.
(2) Vesta Loop: this pillow is quite a bit narrower around than either of the other 2 “loop” pillows. It also is longer. It has something inside which allows you to smush it into a variety of shapes and it holds that position. The cover is not as soft as the others, but the bottom is a soft mesh fabric which may be cooler. It comes with a storage bag. It doesn’t really compress much, but the bag helps keep it in a tighter form for carrying. Even with the flexibility, I couldn’t find a comfortable position for myself.
(3) Travelon: the cover is somewhat soft. The pillow shape seems fixed and wasn’t comfortable for me. The pillow doesn’t compress, nor does it have a carrying bag. It is bulky, the largest of all 4 to carry around.
(4) Travelrest: this pillow has a removable cover which is very soft. It did not come with a storage bag, but when all the air is out it can be rolled up and secured with the elastic band sewn on the narrow end. It looks odd when filled but was the most comfortable for me in my preferred position.
I ended up keeping (4) Travelrest because it is the only one I can see actually sleeping with. I tried all while still in a narrow chair (similar to airplane seating) but haven’t actually used it on a flight.

I needed a new neck pillow for a trip overseas and wanted something comfy and compact. This is it! It comes in a small pouch and when you’re done with it, it kind of coils in and fits right back into the pouch. I love the pouch because it keeps it clean and you can just throw it into your carry on bag. And the cover is machine washable, which is awesome for someone who is a germ-a-phobe like myself.
The pillow itself is so comfy!! You can adjust it and your head isn’t going to roll around at all when you’re snoozing. Yeah, the pillow is a bit pricey, but believe me…it is worth every penny!

Needed to get something for my kiddo because he constantly falls asleep on long drives. I decided to try the BCOZZY travel pillow after seeing it get great reviews online. Here are my thoughts after using it for over a year.
Pros:
– Adjustable design allows you to customize the fit. The long velcro strip lets you tighten or loosen to your perfect size.
– The fabric feels very soft and plush. It’s comfortable against your skin.
– It provides nice chin and head support. Head didn’t flop forward when kiddo fell asleep.
– Packs down nicely into the included bag. Compact for storing in carry-on.
Cons:
– Did not stand the test of time, became less supportive after several months of usage.
– The neck hole is on the small side. It has to be pulled fairly tight on my neck to close with the velcro.
– Can feel a bit tight/choking if cinched down too much. It’s a delicate balance to find the right snugness.
– The fabric, while soft, seems like it might get hot. More cooling material would have been better.
Overall, I think the BCOZZY pillow is a decent option for travel but for the price and durability, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not perfect and it doesn’t last. (Not that anything in life is or does, lol) The cushion isn’t as sturdy after a few months of usage and after a year, it no longer supports my 6 years old neck. Will be looking for something else. Hope this review helped.

I purchased and returned 4 other neck pillows, all of them had the same issue, they were too thick and made my neck hurt. This pillow is perfect. Sits below my jawline, doesnt cut off my circulation and my neck doesnt hurt after use. I can still wear over the ear headphones as well.

This has been the best travel I have tried. This has been my fourth pillow I have tried for long flights and it is by far the winner!! I do not even mess with the other pillows I have. On a 6 hour flight this was a champ!! I slept the whole flight in great comfort. It holds my head up and does not make me hot. You can adjust it and fold it in multiple ways to fit your needs. I loved that I could fold it and keep my head from bobbing around while still allowing me snuggle in and get in a comfortable position. When you’re done using the pillow it folds right up nice and small in its own little bag that can be clipped to your backpack, carryon or purse (I have clipped it all three places). The snap is secure and strong so you do not have to worry about losing your pillow. The material is soft and plush.

I purchased 3 different neck pillows to fulfill a variety of purposes; for my father who is in a nursing home and bed-bound, for airplane travel, for snoozing in my recliner, for my wife while traveling by car. Two were the ‘horse-collar’ type with front snaps – both memory foam – one a more squared off and sculpted shape (Smarterlife), one rounded (Knonew). The other was less bulky and coiled (BCozzy). All were soft and supportive enough, no smells, well made, attractive. The differences really boiled down to how easy it was to use the clasp and overall size. The button and eyelet on this Knowew pillow is difficult to work for me to work and impossible for my father, who has arthritis and diabetic neuropathy. The plastic clasp on the Smarterlife while more adjustable with draw strings, was finnicky/jiggly for me to work and impossible for my father. The BCozzy was easily adjusted. Where the real difference lies, is in how thick each pillow is. In my easy chair, which has a puffy neck/head pillow built in, the Smarterlife and Knonew were simply too large/thick behind the neck and pushed my head uncomfortably forward when reclining on it. On the floor however, or chair with no head/neck pillow or support, the Smartlerlife and Knonew were great. For my father, who is propped up on pillows, the Smarterlife and Knonew were too thick behind the neck. In the car, which has a behind-the-head rest, the Smarterlife and Knonew work wonderfully. The BCozzy works well for my father (on pillows) and for me (recliner). It is not so good on the floor or in the car which has no behind-the-neck support.
The construction and quality of the BCozzy pillow is good. The material is soft and comfortable and there is no heat buildup using it. It is the most adjustable of the 3 pillows I purchased. But at nearly 30 bucks, it’s over priced, hence knocking off 1 star. It’s still a better value than the offerings I always see at airport kiosk sellers where 40 bucks is the starting price. The BCozzy pillow’s new home is next to my recliner, where of late I’ve been dozing off in the late afternoon. Whether or not any neck pillow is comfortable for a buyer, is going to depend on neck curvature and chair / bed type. For the majority of my uses, the BCozzy works better for me and my father than the Knonew and Smarterlife pillows.

I have another support pillow from Amazon which is great but doesnt give me space to wear my noise cancelling headphones without being uncomfortable. I was also interested in the wrap pillow but that was way too expensive.
Im so glad I got this one because it offers much more support and leaves room to wear your headphones without being bulky. Love the velcro lock too.
I slept most of an 11 hr flight without worrying about my neck. A must for long haul flights and train/car rides!
I havent tried cleaning it yet but Im sure its easy if you cant put it in the washer

I bought this travel pillow as I read a review (not on Amazon) which said that these pillows were the best type for people who find their head falling forward while sleeping on a plane. Well, that does describe me.
I did find that I was able to sleep better using this pillow as the pillow prevented my head from falling forward as I slept, because when my head would fall forward I would wake up.
The pillow is comfortable and squishes well into it’s included travel pouch. The pillow and pouch also have handy loops with snaps to attach to your luggage as you go through the airports, which I found helpful. The snaps are sufficiently strong enough so that they don’t easily open, but are not too strong that they are difficult to open.
Also, the pillow is not less bulky than a traditional neck pillow when the pillow is stored away in the pouch.
The pillow can be used in other positions as well, like side sleeping. I don’t sleep that way so I cannot comment on the effectiveness.
One minor complaint is that the pillow is high enough on my neck to interfere with my noise cancelling headphone, by pushing the headphones up a bit. The interference may be due to my size, as I’m small, or because my headphones are bulky. The headphones are over the ear headphones and are fairly old, so newer models may not have the same problem.
